1What helps us
The approximate time, which AI app asked, which agent or Mac was involved, and any error text you saw. In the Mac app, Report a problem lets Claude Code or Codex on your Mac read its logs and explain what is wrong; you can send us that explanation.
2What we will never ask for
Your passwords, sign-in codes, API keys or tokens, your full chats, or screenshots with private content. Anyone asking for these is not us.
3Security reports
Found a security issue? Write to info@prometheor.com with the subject Security. Please give us time to fix it before you share it with others.
